3. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We make every effort to display product colours, fabrics and details accurately. However, the actual colour you see depends on your screen settings, and we cannot guarantee that your display will be perfectly accurate.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and exclude applicable taxes, duties and shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any price change.
While we take care to avoid errors, pricing or product information may occasionally be incorrect. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and Order acceptance

Completing checkout constitutes an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send you a shipping confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel the order.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order at our sole discretion, including where:

Product stock is insufficient or the product has been discontinued
Payment cannot be authorised or appears suspicious
Fraudulent, reselling or bulk-purchasing activity is suspected
Shipping to the address provided is not possible
A pricing or product-information error has occurred

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

5. Payment and Billing

You agree to provide valid and complete payment information and authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge the total amount of your order, including product price, shipping and applicable taxes.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the checkout price.
You are responsible for any charges incurred as a result of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated contrary to these Terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is made in accordance with our Shipping Policy. In summary:

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 days from the date your order is placed.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Title in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, carrier operations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item being inspected.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of issue. They cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to end or modify any promotion at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, product photographs, graphics and page layout — is owned by KASUDY or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print material from our site for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
The KASUDY name and logo may not be used in any way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without written permission.

10. Reviews and User Submissions

Where you leave a review or otherwise submit content to us, you confirm that the content is your own, is accurate and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with our store and marketing.
We may remove, edit or decline to publish any submission that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or that contains personal information of others.
Reviews must reflect genuine purchasing experience. Incentivised or fabricated reviews are not permitted.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or its content for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

You agree to indemnify and hold KASUDY harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before the effective date of termination.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms amicably through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent court in the place where the operator is established. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and KASUDY and supersede any prior understanding relating to your use of the store.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
